NM design studio is an old school tailoring shop- now a full fledged menswear design house, located in the bustling heart of Bandra. Established in 1989 by a very young 19 year old Rajiv hans. with only a pair of scissors in his hand, a cigarette in his mouth and his college sweetheart by his side, began to stitch his dreams into reality.
We dominate in bespoke tailoring, and believe in having a one to one with all our clients.
There designs are classic, given birth by contemporary old school tailoring and the attention to detail is second to none.
In the 2015 I (kashish hans) was hired by his father to work at NM.
It was like adding Fule to a fire.
They used the knowledge and the experience of the studio and started to design as there heart wanted, not considering weather it would sell or not, they stuck to their design sense and created fearlessly and 5 years down, they have designed for Indian celebrities/personalities, international personalities, goddamit someone won an Emmy wearing a custom NM tux, but we remain humble and keep On. His goal is to design for the people and help them look their best selves without burning a hole in their pockets.
